Our clients include:

• Private clients
• NDIS participants – Registered NDIS provider
• Aged care packages
• Medicare GP plans – client pays full fee and can claim a rebate through Medicare
• DVA funding not accepted but DVA card holders can be seen as private clients

Referrals

You do not require a referral to see a physiotherapist. However, any medical paperwork or reports you have available for your current condition may be of use so please have them available at your first appointment.

Safety

Our physiotherapist always carries a Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) card, issued by the ACT Government, which includes a police check. It is our policy that minors (under the age of 18 years) and those people with a cognitive impairment be accompanied by a parent or carer for the duration of their physiotherapy session. 

What to Expect

Please have a suitable, well-lit space available for our physiotherapist to meet with you. At your first session, our physiotherapist will spend some time talking to you about your current concerns and history. If you are an NDIS participant, we will develop a Service Agreement with you. We will then proceed with goal setting and the physical assessment and treatment. Subsequent sessions will include reassessment and progression of the treatment plan. If you require physiotherapy treatment for a musculoskeletal issue please have two clean bath towels available. 

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide this notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full service fee.
